Joseph Mwaba

Joseph Mwaba has over ten years experience in valuation, estate agency, property management and real estate consultancy. He holds a Master of Business (MBA) with a major in Finance from University of Lusaka (UNILUS), Bsc Real Estate obtained from the Copperbelt University and a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from WIPO Academy. Joseph has vast experience in sales and lettings hence closing high profiled deals at Upmarket, Knight Frank, Sherwood Greene and Platinum Consulting Limited (one of the founding members) where he previously worked. He is a Registered Valuation Surveyor with the Valuation Surveyors Registration Board, full member of the Surveyors Institute of Zambia and holds a practicing certificate as full member of the Zambia Institute of Estate Agents (ZIEA).
Mathews Bizwayo
Director Valuation
Mathews Bizwayo holds a BSc Real Estate from Copperbelt University (CBU) and currently pursuing a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development at the same institution. He further holds a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from WIPO Academy and has over 10 years’ experience in the Zambian property market. He has experience in Plant and Machinery Valuation, Property Valuation, Property Taxation, Estate Agency, Property Development, Property Management. He is a qualified and Registered Valuation Surveyor and Full Member of the Surveyors Institute of Zambia and the Zambia Institute of Estate Agents. He has in the past worked for Sherwood Greene in Kitwe.
Lottie Mubita
Director Consultancy & Advisory
Lottie Mubita holds a BSc Real Estate from Copperbelt University (CBU) and a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from WIPO Academy, has over 10 years’ experience with the local authority and the private sector. He has experience in Rating Valuation, Property Valuation, Property Taxation, Management of Government Real Estate, advice Local Authority on Acquisition, Housing and Land Development. He is a qualified and Registered Valuation Surveyor and Full Member of the Surveyors Institute of Zambia. He has in the past worked for Wescom property group in Kitwe and Chipata City Council.
Edgar Mhango
Property Management
Edgar Mhango holds a BSc Real Estate from Copperbelt University (CBU) and a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from WIPO Academy, is a qualified and Registered Valuation Surveyor. He brings to the team professional and hands on experience in Valuation, Estate Agency, Property Development, Property and Facilities Management. Edgar has over 10 years’ experience in the Zambian property market and is a Full Member of the Surveyors Institute of Zambia and Zambia Institute of Estate Agency. He has in the past worked for Landworth Properties and Liberty Property Consultants.
Chipo Muchechesi
Assitant Valuation Surveyor & Property Manager
Chipo Muchechesi holds a BSc in Real Estate from the Copperbelt University (CBU) and a Certificate in Intellectual Property from WIPO Academy. She has over 2 years work experience with the local authority and private sector. She has previously worked for Kitwe city council, Chilanga city council and Mulungushi village complex limited as an assistant valuation surveyor and assistant maintenance and property management officer. She is also in the process of commencing her Assessment for Professional Competence (APC) with the Valuation Surveyors Registration Board (VSRB).
Mboyonga Kaputula
Consultant in Land Surveying & Conveyancing
Mboyonga Kaputula holds a BEng and MEng in Geomatic Engineering from the University of Zambia (UNZA), and a cadastral surveying license from the Survey Control Board and the office of the Surveyor General. He has over nine years’ experience with the local authority and private sector. His core expertise are in cadastral services (recording of real estate boundaries) and the development and use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for purposes of making informed decisions around land and property development. He is also vested in conveyancing and general title creation processes. He is a Full Member of the Surveyors Institute of Zambia and Engineering Institute of Zambia.
Tendai Mponda
Management Accountant
Tendai Mponda has a diploma in Accounts (ZICA) and has over five years’ experience in the private sector. She handles the company accounts and is a member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants. She has previously worked for Rent to Own Zambia Limited as an Accountant and also for Dama Ventures Limited as Finance and Administration Manager.
